Yes, there is a 15-day waiting period associated with these pet insurance plans through Waffle Insurance.

Absolutely, you have the freedom to select any veterinarian in the United States, provided they hold the necessary credentials to practice veterinary medicine in their state. The only exception is that you nor your immediate family member³ cannot be the treating veterinarian.

Regrettably, our coverage is limited to dogs and cats. This means that pets such as fish, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, snakes, and others are not included in our coverage.

After purchasing pet insurance through Waffle Insurance, you must log into your account on Waffle using the same email address you used to sign up. Then click on the “claims” button to fill out a form. This form requires information such as the pet name you are filing a claim for, the loss date, and even images of the vet bill or receipt to be uploaded.
